´Live Training´

The Xperion approach has been developed to ensure principles learnt during training are applied to everyday situations and ensure new skills and processes are sharpened in order that the desired behaviours become routine.

´Live´ training brings everyday issues and activities into the training environment, for example, ´live´ phone calling of real customers or actual account plans are designed and developed.
