Situation:

Our client was faced with an over-reliance on key account customers. They had identified a need to grow their small to medium size customer base, reducing a dependency on turnover from larger accounts.

Solution:

Design and deliver a nationwide programme of ´live´ prospecting workshops. The approach and skills for new business development were acquired and practised in actual customer calls.

The results were immediate, with every workshop paying for itself through the number of orders, enquiries and appointments obtained on the day. The programme was subsequently extended into the following financial year.
